I looked through the recipe on the website two days ago. I accidentally saw this recipe. It’s simple and easy to do. I thought I’d copy it again. It’s really good. It’s a dish suitable for summer.


3 eggplant (purple skin, long)
2 cloves garlic
2 Chaotian peppers
1 shallot
A teaspoon of sesame oil
One teaspoon edible oil
A teaspoon of raw soy sauce

Wash the eggplant, remove the bottom stem, cut it from the middle, put it into the pot and steam for 10 minutes

Step 3
Take out the steamed eggplant and put it on a plate to cool

Step 4
The cold eggplant was torn into strips by hand

Step 5
Chop the garlic, shallot and pepper into a bowl. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and vegetable oil

Step 6
Pour the mixture into the eggplant and mix well
