3 eggplant (purple skin, long)
30g green pepper
1 garlic
2 g ginger
3 tablespoons raw soy sauce
5 g oil

Directions

Step 1
Wash and cut off the two ends of the tender long eggplant and cut it into thick strips. Put the eggplant in the steamer and steam it until it can easily penetrate the back end with chopsticks and cool it.
