A refreshing side dish.

Ingredients

1 eggplant (green skin)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 shallots
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1g salt
2 tablespoons raw soy sauce
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon chili oil

Directions

Step 1
Wash two long eggplants and steam them in a pot

It's cooked if you stick it through with chopsticks

Tear the eggplant in half

Mix all the accessories in a bowl

Let the eggplant cool, tear it into strips and put it on the plate
