In the past, the bone of stewed pig elbow was removed. After stewing, it was rolled up, cooled and sliced. This time I wanted to stew a whole one. I bought a black pig elbow with thin skin and much meat. In the past, this kind of big stew always likes to use pressure cooker in a hurry. This time, I specially catch up with the weekend and use the new casserole to simmer slowly. They all say that the dishes simmered in casserole are delicious. The finished product is really soft and glutinous. The meat is not greasy at all, and the fragrance is all locked. The casserole used to be white at home, but I dare not stew this kind of dark things. The casserole will be colored, and it looks ugly and has no appetite. The casserole is black, and the glaze is very delicate, but the lid is very beautiful. Don’t worry about leaving a nasty mark!
