There are two points to pay attention to when baking lamb legs in the oven: if the lamb legs you buy are old sheep, don’t bake them directly. It takes time and trouble, and the taste is not good. Boil water in a large enough pot, put the whole lamb leg into the boiling water, boil it over a low heat for 20 minutes, turn off the fire, and simmer at the water temperature for 1 hour. You can bake it directly, but remember to wrap it with tin foil first to make the inside of the lamb leg ripe. Don’t take off the tin foil and make the surface color and taste. 1 lamb leg (about 800g)
1 section of scallion
1 ginger
3 tablespoons cooking wine
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
Proper amount of salt
15g cumin
15g cooked sesame
2 potatoes
1 onion


Step 1
A leg of lamb. I cut off the lower leg. It's easier to put it. Make small cuts on both sides of the leg and go deep into the bone

Chopped green onion and ginger, put green onion and ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce and salt into the lamb leg, which consumes oil. Let the seasoning contact with the lamb leg evenly. You can massage it by hand, marinate it for more than 1 hour, and turn it a few times in the middle
