There are two points to pay attention to when baking lamb legs in the oven: if the lamb legs you buy are old sheep, don’t bake them directly. It takes time and trouble, and the taste is not good. The best way is to cook them first. Cooking is also a trick. Boil water in a large enough pot, put the whole lamb leg into the boiling water, boil it over a low heat for 20 minutes, turn off the fire, and simmer at the water temperature for 1 hour. Remember to season it in water. In this way, the lamb leg will taste quickly, and it is very easy to cook when baking. If it’s a small lamb leg, it’s easy to do. You can bake it directly, but remember to wrap it with tin foil first to make the inside of the lamb leg ripe. Don’t take off the tin foil and make the surface color and taste. This is delicious enough.

Ingredients

1 lamb leg (about 800g)
1 section of scallion
1 ginger
3 tablespoons cooking wine
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
Proper amount of salt
15g cumin
15g cooked sesame
2 potatoes
1 onion

Directions

Step 1
A leg of lamb. I cut off the lower leg. It's easier to put it. Make small cuts on both sides of the leg and go deep into the bone

Step 2
Chopped green onion and ginger, put green onion and ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce and salt into the lamb leg, which consumes oil. Let the seasoning contact with the lamb leg evenly. You can massage it by hand, marinate it for more than 1 hour, and turn it a few times in the middle

Step 3
Cut potatoes and onions into pieces and spread them on a baking tray or leave them alone

Step 4
Half cumin and sesame seeds are ground into powder with a cooking machine

Step 5
Place the lamb leg on the baking pan and sprinkle the ground cumin sesame powder on both sides

Step 6
Put the baking tray into the middle of the oven, bake it at 220 degrees up and down for 30 minutes. Remember, the lamb legs should be wrapped and covered with tin foil first

Step 7
After baking for 30 minutes, remove the tin foil and continue baking for 15 minutes

Step 8
Take it out after 5 minutes, coat it with oil, sprinkle the whole grain of cumin and sesame, and sprinkle some pepper if you like to eat spicy. Bake for 10 minutes, sprinkle seasoning on the outside and bake for 5 minutes
