I always knew that cooking bran after frying was the best. I thought that bran was similar to sponge, and the frying process would certainly absorb a lot of oil, so I always gave up this cooking method. That day, the air fryer was just frying chicken wings. After I finished it, I tried to deal with bran, add a little oil and fry it in the air fryer before cooking. The attempt was very successful.
Ingredients
400g roasted bran
3G black fungus
40ml oil
10g sugar
30ml raw extract
A little garlic
10ml old soy sauce
2G chicken essence
A little shallot

Cut the roasted bran into small pieces and wash it. Soak the black fungus in water and wash it

First boil the bran in cold water and then remove it. Wash it with flowing water and squeeze it to wash all the acidity inside

Put 2 tbsp oil into a basin and mix well

Prepare garlic slices and scallions

After the air fryer is preheated at 200 ℃, add the bran, adjust it for 7 minutes, take it out and turn it evenly for 7 minutes. After frying, I ate a piece with a crisp surface

Add the bottom oil in a hot pot, add garlic slices and saute until fragrant
