Roasted chicken wings with Caragana


Chicken wings
Chicken essence
Green onion
Cooking wine
Olive oil
Appropriate amount of Rosemary


Step 1
Wash chicken wings and dry them in water. Peel lemon and shred (only the yellow part). Press juice (about 1 teaspoon). Chop ginger, green onion and garlic.

Chicken wings, lemon shreds, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, chicken essence, rosemary, cooking wine, 2 tbsp barbecue sauce, mix well, put them in the refrigerator and marinate overnight.

Step 3
Preheat the oven at 200 ℃ for 10 minutes, lay tin foil on the tray, and put the chicken wings on the grill.

Step 4
Change the oven to 180 degrees and bake in the middle layer for 35-40 minutes. Take out and brush the marinade on the way (2-3 times).

Step 5
Take out the roasted chicken wings, heat the remaining marinade in the microwave oven, and pour it on the chicken wings.
