Roasted chicken wings with Caragana
Appropriate amount of Rosemary
Step 1Wash chicken wings and dry them in water. Peel lemon and shred (only the yellow part). Press juice (about 1 teaspoon). Chop ginger, green onion and garlic.
Step 2Chicken wings, lemon shreds, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, chicken essence, rosemary, cooking wine, 2 tbsp barbecue sauce, mix well, put them in the refrigerator and marinate overnight.
Step 3Preheat the oven at 200 ℃ for 10 minutes, lay tin foil on the tray, and put the chicken wings on the grill.
Step 4Change the oven to 180 degrees and bake in the middle layer for 35-40 minutes. Take out and brush the marinade on the way (2-3 times).
Step 5Take out the roasted chicken wings, heat the remaining marinade in the microwave oven, and pour it on the chicken wings.
