There are many ways to eat mutton. What I like most is roast mutton leg. The roasted mutton is added with a lot of spices, which is neither oil nor mutton.


1 lamb leg (about 2 kg)
2 slices of ginger
1 section onion
3 fragrant leaves
1 octagonal

Put cold water into the pot, add lamb legs, ginger slices, scallions, star anise, fragrant leaves and cinnamon, bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes

Mix sweet flour sauce, garlic chili sauce, barbecue sauce and honey

Brush the sauce on the surface of the lamb leg, bake in the oven for 30 minutes, take it out at 15 minutes, brush the sauce again and turn it over, sprinkle the barbecue dry material at 25 minutes, and bake the skin crispy.
