Every year, the new year’s Eve dinner table will never lack this final dessert. The soft, waxy and sweet Babao rice is mixed with all kinds of nuts and dried fruits, symbolizing the round and round sweetness. It’s the 28th lunar month today. 300g glutinous rice
25g sugar
15g lard
Several red dates
Appropriate amount of lotus seeds (cooked)

Wash glutinous rice and soak in water for 4 hours

Soak lotus seeds and cook for standby

Prepare your favorite dates and dried fruits

Take 15g lard

Shake lard and sugar in hot glutinous rice
