Douchi pumpkin is a common dish in Cantonese cuisine. Although Douchi is the only dish to match with it, the taste is quite unexpected. My son smelled the fragrance in the hall and ran over to say: Mom, it’s delicious.


800g pumpkin
10g Douchi
1 teaspoon oil
Half a bowl of water
2 garlic
1 teaspoon sugar
20G oyster sauce

Peel and core pumpkin

Cut the pumpkin into pieces

Clean Yangjiang Douchi with clean water

Beat Yangjiang Douchi flat with a knife

Saute the garlic in a hot pan and pour in the oil
