Pumpkin dough in clear soup


100g pumpkin
100g flour
Appropriate amount of salt
100g cabbage
1 egg
1 tablespoon cooking oil


Step 1
Peel, wash and slice the pumpkin. Cook in the microwave for 3 minutes.

Cool the cooked pumpkin and add it to the flour.

Add the eggs and mix into a thin pumpkin batter.

Wash and tear the cabbage into small pieces.

Heat the oil in a large pot, add cabbage leaves and stir fry until weak.

Add some cold water and bring to a boil.

Spoon the batter into the soup and season with salt.
