Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients

110g pumpkin
230g flour
1 egg
Proper amount of peanut oil

Directions

Step 1
Peel the pumpkin and rub it into silk.

Step 2
Add egg, flour and water to make a thick batter. No dry powder is better.

Step 3
Scoop into a pan with a little oil and heat.

Step 4
After one side is baked, turn it over and cook it again. Both sides are scorched and cooked thoroughly.
