I'm a certified Master Gardener, so I get homemade goodies from the gardens of fellow MGs (like homemade lemon marmalade and pesto). I use the pesto for many things but this recipe is my favorite and it is ridiculously easy to make. My favorite heirloom to use is Green Zebra.

3 Heirloom tomatoes
1/2 cup pesto
1 cup any cheese
