Private Dongpo meat
Simple methods, simple materials, just take a little time to make Dongpo meat with classic taste. It’s good if children like to eat it.
Ingredients
1000g streaky pork with skin500g flower carving wine
500g delicious or raw
50g rock sugar
50g ginger
30g chives
Directions
Step 1
Boil the whole strip of five flowers with skin in water until it is set, remove it and cut it into square meat pieces
Step 2
Spread a layer of ginger and a layer of chives on the bottom of the casserole
Step 3
Put the meat piece and skin down into the casserole, put half of yellow rice wine (flower carving or cooking wine) and soy sauce, and put all rock sugar into the casserole. Medium fire for 30 minutes and low fire for 60 minutes.
Step 4
When the time is up, turn the meat over, put the pig skin up, and pour in the remaining yellow rice wine (flower carving wine or cooking wine) and soy sauce. Medium fire for 30 minutes and low fire for 60 minutes. Out of the pot.
