Preserved vegetable roast meat
This is a very local dish. Our family can’t get tired of it. I like a bowl of rice to match it. My mother likes to mix noodles with it; Father and husband use it in steamed bread and pancakes; As long as you burn it, the whole family can handle it!
Ingredients
1000g streaky pork300g plum dried vegetables
50g scallion
6 slices of ginger
2 rock candy
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons raw soy sauce
2 g salt
30 ml oil

Rinse the dried vegetables with plum

Cold blister for 30 minutes

Slice ginger, green onion and rock sugar

Put the streaky pork into the pot, add cold water and bring the meat to a boil

Wash the meat that flies over the water repeatedly with tap water. Wash the blood foam so that there is no smell of meat

Put rapeseed oil in the pot and open ginger slices. Stir fry a few times and add streaky pork

Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 large piece of rock sugar and 2 grams of salt, stew for 10 minutes, add raw soy sauce, cover and stew for 15 minutes
