Meat skin is the most despised place on pigs, but when it is made into meat skin jelly, I immediately feel tall and like it. Is this the psychology of eating goods?!!!

Ingredients

300g meat skin
2G fennel
1 octagonal
2G pepper
1 small piece of cinnamon
A grass bandit
2 fragrant leaves
2 garlic cloves
2 small pieces of ginger
Proper amount of salt
Proper cooking wine

Directions

Step 1
Prepare pig skin and spices.

Step 2
Wrap the spices in gauze and tie them with a rope( The ready-made spice box is more convenient, but the Mohists don't have it)

Step 3
Clean the pig skin. If the piece is too large, cut it and put cold water into the pot( Remove the pig hair when cleaning)

Step 4
Cook over high heat for 10 minutes until the pigskin changes color and softens.

Step 5
Scrape out the fat oil inside with a knife and scrape it several times repeatedly to clean it.

Step 6
After scraping the pig skin, clean it and cut it into filaments( Or cut into small pieces to see what you like)

Step 7
Put the cut meat skin into the pot, add 3 to 4 times the water, put it into the spice bag, add an appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine, boil over high heat, turn to low heat, and cook for about 1 hour until the soup is thick.

Step 8
Take out the spice bag, let the soup cool, pour it into the lunch box, seal it and put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration until the meat skin soup solidifies into cold.
