Pickled eggplant
Microwave cooking is fast. It tastes good. Today, I made pickled eggplant in the microwave oven. Regular consumption of eggplant can clear away heat and detoxify, reduce age spots, improve resistance, anti-aging, prevent cancer and reduce cholesterol. 2 eggplant3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon bean paste
2 shallots
2 peppers
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 slices of ginger
