550G streaky pork
600g pickled cabbage
1 frozen tofu
Proper amount of vermicelli
Proper ginger slices


Step 1
Put pork in cold water, add ginger slices, pepper, seasoning, fragrant leaves, cinnamon and cooking wine, bring to a boil over high fire, medium fire for 20 minutes, turn off the fire and let it cool.

Step 2
