15 oysters
Plenty of garlic
1 coriander
1 shallot
6 green peppers
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons raw soy sauce

Prepare minced garlic sauce

Step 2
Stir fry minced garlic sauce and season with soy sauce and oyster sauce

Step 3
Spread oysters evenly

Step 4
Boil water and steam over high heat for 5 minutes
