As the name suggests, the main ingredients of “bumper harvest” are crops, including corn, beans and potatoes. It symbolizes the harvest season and the good wish of bumper harvest in successive years. This dish is addictive and always haunts people. Corn is sweet, potatoes are fragrant and waxy, beans are fragrant and smooth, and Japanese melon sweet noodles are stewed together.
