As a traditional food of Han nationality, New Year cake is steamed with sticky rice or rice flour. During the Spring Festival, many parts of China pay attention to eating rice cakes. 120g rice cake
20G fish cake
2G Jiale chicken powder
8g carrot
12g onion
10g vegetable oil
2G scallion flowers
2G sesame
15g Korean chili sauce
Directions
Step 1
Slice fish cake, wash and slice carrots, cut onions, and prepare Korean chili sauce and rice cake
Step 2
Heat the oil in a hot pot and fry the onions until soft
Step 3
Stir fry carrot slices and rice cakes
Step 4
Add a tablespoon of Korean chili sauce
Step 5
Add water and mix the Korean chili sauce in the water
Step 6
Cook rice cakes over medium heat and stir while cooking to prevent sticking to the bottom. When the Soup is half finished, add fish cakes
Step 7
Continue to collect the Soup until it is thick. When it comes out of the pot, add a little Jiale chicken powder to enhance the taste

Mix well quickly and bring out of the pot. Sprinkle with scallions, flowers and sesame seeds
