500g spare ribs
A little oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons cooking wine
150 ml water
50g rock sugar
A little onion and ginger
Step 1Put the chops into the outer pot, add cold water, and boil to remove the blood
