Noodles in egg Soup

Ingredients
100g alkaline surface2 eggs
3 hot dogs
2 Shanghai Green
2 shallots
3 cloves garlic
Proper amount of salt
1 tablespoon chicken essence
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon raw soy sauce
1 tablespoon thirteen spices
Appropriate amount of edible oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Directions
Step 1
Cut the shallot into white sections and the shallot leaves into powder; Garlic slices
