Mushroom and leek sliced meat soup


Half a handful of leeks
Two shallots
Proper amount of salt
A spoonful of raw soy sauce
A spoonful of thirteen spices
Three drops of sesame oil


Step 1
Cut the leek / shallot into small pieces and tear up the white mushroom

Step 2
