Morukachiathu A Kerala specialty of yoghurt curry, prepared with mustard seed, curry leaves


1 cup of thick plain yoghurt.
1 tsp salt
Grind all above tougher
2 cloves of garlic
1 small piece ginger
1 small piece green chili
½ tsp cumin
1/2tsp turmeric


Step 1
Heat a pan

Step 2
Add 1 tsp oil

Step 3
Add few black mustard seeds wait to pop.

Step 4
Add a few fenugreek seeds

Step 5
Add 1 small shallot sliced

Step 6
Fry till shallot golden

Step 7
Tern off flame then add spices and yoghurt stir.
