Place the wrapped closure face down on the chopping board, flatten it with your palm, roll it into dough, roll it from inside to outside, the skin face up, wrap it with plastic wrap, and wake up for 10 minutes

Wake up and roll the skin again, roll it from outside to inside, with the skin facing down, and wake up for 10 minutes. After that, take the meat stuffing and put it in the middle of the dough, wrap it, put the wrapped dough on the oven with the mouth facing down, and press it gently with the palm of your hand. Don't use too much force. When wrapping, pay attention that the mouth closing can't be stained with minced meat, otherwise it will be difficult to bond together, and the meat stuffing will explode when baking

Wrap it up and put it on the baking pan, coat the surface with egg liquid, sprinkle sesame seeds, 200 degrees in the oven, middle layer, about 30 minutes, please adjust the temperature and time according to your own oven
