Muxu meat, formerly known as sweet clover meat, is a common characteristic traditional dish. It is a Shandong kongfu dish, one of the eight cuisines. As the saying goes, it is often read as Muxu meat, alfalfa meat, etc. Its dish is made by frying pork slices with eggs and fungus. 3 eggs
1 cucumber
100g pork tenderloin
A little fungus
Appropriate amount of vegetable oil

A little scallion
A little carrot slices

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients, water the fungus in advance and set aside, wash and slice the cucumber.
