Muxurou, formerly known as muxirou, is a common traditional dish of the Han nationality. It is one of the eight major cuisines of Shandong and kongfu. It is often wrongly named muxurou and alfalfa meat.

Ingredients

100g pork
1 cucumber
Five eggs
10 g Auricularia auricula
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon cooking wine
1 teaspoon salt
1.5 TSP chicken essence
20G peanut oil

Directions

Step 1
