This is a refreshing home-made cold vegetable dish. There are shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, vermicelli and shredded dried tofu. Because carrots are not suitable to eat raw, they are only used for color matching here. When mixing such cold dishes, you must put more garlic and vinegar.


200g cabbage
50g fans
1 carrot
100g tofu skin
5g salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
Appropriate amount of garlic
10g shrimp skin
