Mix four silk
This is a refreshing home-made cold vegetable dish. There are shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, vermicelli and shredded dried tofu. Because carrots are not suitable to eat raw, they are only used for color matching here. When mixing such cold dishes, you must put more garlic and vinegar.

100g tofu skin
5g salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar

10g shrimp skin

Wash the cabbage and shred it with a top knife

Peel carrots, wash and shred
