Sprout is a kind of pickled vegetable, mainly produced in Yibin, Sichuan Province. It is used to make saozi or button meat. It is a good food.


500g pork stuffing
120g broken rice sprouts
Proper amount of oil
10g scallion
10g minced ginger
10g fresh soy sauce
8g veteran
1 teaspoon sugar
Proper amount of cooking wine


Step 1
Prepared ingredients: minced meat, scallion, ginger, rice sprouts
