A very popular dish. A dish often ordered by friends at restaurants is “ground three delicacies”, but with minced meat, it tastes great

Ingredients

An eggplant
A potato
A green pepper
Proper minced meat
Appropriate amount of garlic
Two tablespoons oyster sauce
A spoonful of raw soy sauce
Proper amount of salt
Proper amount of sugar
Proper oil

Directions

Step 1
Chop the meat into small pieces, chop the garlic into small pieces, cut the green pepper into pieces and set aside

Step 2
Cut the washed eggplant into pieces and deep fry until soft. Remove and set aside

Step 3
Deep fry the potatoes until golden brown, with a small fire, or they will be burnt outside and undercooked inside

Put the fried potatoes and eggplant aside

Leave a small amount of oil in the pot, saute the head of chives, add minced meat and stir fry, and then add green pepper and stir fry

Pour in potatoes and eggplant and stir fry evenly

Stir oyster sauce, salt, sugar and water evenly. This step can be prepared in advance before frying
