All the time, I only use casseroles to cook casseroles over open fire. Although there are crispy casseroles to eat, it’s too complicated to make a bowl of delicious casseroles. I have to stay by the stove all the time. It’s warm to watch the fire in winter, but I suffer in summer. Suddenly thought of using the microwave oven to do casserole rice, although the pot is not too much, but the same good taste ah!
1 tsp corn oil
2 tsp soy sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon of boiling water
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Step 1Brush a layer of corn oil on the bottom of the casserole. Soak the washed rice in proper amount of water for 1 hour. Pour the rice and water into the casserole. The ratio of rice and water is 1:1.5. Soak the sausage in warm water for 10 minutes
Step 2Soak the sausage, slice and set aside. Wash and blanch the asparagus. Cut into sections and set aside. Use sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, boiling water and sesame oil to make flavor juice
Step 3Cover the casserole and put it in the microwave oven. Microwave high for 4 minutes, then turn to medium for 2 minutes
Step 4Take out the rice, put the sliced sausage on the rice, cover it and put it in the microwave oven. Continue to heat it for 10 minutes under microwave power P50
Step 5After heating, it is better to stew in it for about 5 minutes. Then take out the asparagus section, pour the flavor juice and start.
