Every time I see a thousand layer meat cake, I want to eat it. I don’t know why I like it very much. I always think it’s hard to make it. So I never did it.


500g flour
500g pork
1 green onion
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons oil
2 teaspoons starch
1 teaspoon sugar
1 g white pepper
1.5 TSP soy sauce
1 tsp white sesame


Step 1
Knead the flour with warm water into a smooth ball, cover it with plastic wrap and wake up for more than half an hour.

Chop up the pork and chop up the green onions.

Add pepper, salt, starch, sugar, soy sauce, white sesame and stir well.

Add in the scallions and drizzle with oil.

Stir to make it mixed evenly.

Divide the dough into three layers.

Roll it into even dough.

Spread the meat and press evenly with a spoon.

Fold it from one end.

Pinch both ends tightly to prevent the stuffing from exposing, and press gently with hands.

Roll it into a cake shape with a rolling pin.

Preheat frying machine, brush oil, put in the pie.

Put the lid on and cauterize.

Bake until both sides are golden. The pie is light. Take it out and cut it into pieces
