Every time I see a thousand layer meat cake, I want to eat it. I don’t know why I like it very much. I always think it’s hard to make it. So I never did it.
1 green onion
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons oil
2 teaspoons starch
1 teaspoon sugar
1 g white pepper
1.5 TSP soy sauce
1 tsp white sesame
Step 1Knead the flour with warm water into a smooth ball, cover it with plastic wrap and wake up for more than half an hour.
Step 2Chop up the pork and chop up the green onions.
Step 3Add pepper, salt, starch, sugar, soy sauce, white sesame and stir well.
Step 4Add in the scallions and drizzle with oil.
Step 5Stir to make it mixed evenly.
Step 6Divide the dough into three layers.
Step 7Roll it into even dough.
Step 8Spread the meat and press evenly with a spoon.
Step 9Fold it from one end.
Step 10Pinch both ends tightly to prevent the stuffing from exposing, and press gently with hands.
Step 11Roll it into a cake shape with a rolling pin.
Step 12Preheat frying machine, brush oil, put in the pie.
Step 13Put the lid on and cauterize.
Step 14Bake until both sides are golden. The pie is light. Take it out and cut it into pieces
