This dish is improved according to the Spanish flavor. I use pork. Spain usually uses mutton or beef. It’s best to choose meat with skin.


1000g streaky pork
Two onions
50g red wine
30g black pepper
Proper amount of salt
20G sugar
A lemon

Streaky pork, pepper and ginger.

Then marinate in red wine, black pepper, salt and sugar for two hours; If you pursue better taste, you can marinate it for one day.

Take out the cured meat, cut the lemon in half and squeeze in the lemon juice. Enter the oven and bake at 200 ℃ for 60 minutes.
