1 box of tofu
2 millet peppers
150g minced meat
150g ginger powder
2 cloves garlic sauce
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 tablespoon bean paste
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon raw soy sauce
Half a bowl of water

Step 1Prepare ingredients
Step 2Cut the tofu into small pieces, put a little salt in the pot after boiling, blanch the tofu for one minute, and then remove it.
Step 3Mince Pork, add salt, cooking wine and soy sauce, and marinate for 5 minutes.
Step 4Put the oil in the pot, stir fry the pepper over a low heat to get the aroma, and then add garlic and millet pepper.
Step 5Add 1 tablespoon bean paste. Stir fry the red oil over low heat. Then add the minced meat and fry until the minced meat changes color.
Step 6Add the drained tofu, add an appropriate amount of hot water and bring to a boil.
Step 7After boiling again, add water starch and bring to a boil.
Step 8Simmer slowly over low heat for a while and let the soup thicken before it comes out of the pot
Step 9Out of the pot, put it on a plate, sprinkle with scallions, and make Mapo Tofu with complete color, flavor and taste.
