1 box of tofu
2 millet peppers
150g minced meat
Zanthoxylum bungeanum
150g ginger powder
2 cloves garlic sauce
1 onion
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 tablespoon bean paste
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon raw soy sauce
Half a bowl of water

Cut the tofu into small pieces, put a little salt in the pot after boiling, blanch the tofu for one minute, and then remove it.

Mince Pork, add salt, cooking wine and soy sauce, and marinate for 5 minutes.

Put the oil in the pot, stir fry the pepper over a low heat to get the aroma, and then add garlic and millet pepper.

Add 1 tablespoon bean paste. Stir fry the red oil over low heat. Then add the minced meat and fry until the minced meat changes color.

Add the drained tofu, add an appropriate amount of hot water and bring to a boil.

After boiling again, add water starch and bring to a boil.
