500g tofu
20 bean drums
Three star anise
4 cloved garlic
50g meat
1 tablespoon chili oil
15 Ginkgo
20 Chinese prickly ash

Step 1
Shell ginkgo, dice ginger and garlic.

Step 2
Chop the meat into mince.

Cut the tofu into small cubes 1 cm wide. Add water to the pan. After the water is boiled, put the tofu in the boiling water and blanch it.

Wash the frying pan and add oil. When the oil is hot, add garlic, bean drum, ginger and pepper to stir fry until fragrant.

Add the mince and stir fry.

Step 6
Add blanched tofu, chili oil, ginkgo, cinnamon, star anise, 200ml water and 1 teaspoon salt.

Step 7
Collect the juice over low heat.
