Luffa Dagu soup

Ingredients

400 g Luffa
Appropriate amount of salt
20G scallion
10g ginger

Directions

Step 1
Cut the big bone into pieces and put it into water to soak the bleeding water.

Step 2
Cut scallion into sections and ginger into slices.

Step 3
Loofah peeled and cut hob block.

Step 4
Put the big bone into the pot, add some water and bring to a boil.

Skim the foam with a frying spoon.

Add scallion and ginger slices.

Cover and turn to low heat for 50 minutes.

Step 8
Add sponge gourd and salt.

Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat.
