Lotus root flour sweet osmanthus cake

Ingredients

50g flour
25g lotus root powder
7g baking powder
70g water
Sweet osmanthus with proper amount of sugar

Directions

Step 1
Steamer version: mix ingredients well.

Step 2
Half an hour.

Step 3
Roll it into thin slices.

Step 4
Cut into strips of the same width.

Step 5
Pile up.

Step 6
Cut into pieces and steam in the drawer for about 5 or 6 minutes.
