6G ginger slices

Step 1
6G ginger slices, 300g lotus root slices

Step 2
Put 400g spare ribs, one shallot, ginger slices, three red dates, 2G medlar and 500ml water into the pot and bring to a boil

Step 3
Skim the foam and simmer for half an hour

Step 4
Pour in lotus root and simmer over low heat for half an hour

Step 5
Add 2 grams of salt and serve
