400g lettuce
4 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon raw soy sauce
1 tablespoon corn starch
A little salt
Appropriate amount of edible oil
Proper amount of water

Wash lettuce, drain and set aside

Put oyster sauce, soy sauce and corn starch into a bowl, add appropriate amount of water and mix well
