Our favorite vegetarian dumpling!

Ingredients

500g leek
500g flour
4 eggs
Proper amount of salt
Proper amount of pepper

Directions

Step 1
Add an egg to the flour

Add an appropriate amount of warm water and dough and wake up for 30 minutes

Pick the leeks and wash them
