Kwai egg cake, very quick and simple dish, and very cheap.


Three eggs
A handful of leeks


Step 1
Cut the leeks into small pieces.

Step 2
Beat in the eggs.

Step 3
Add salt, chicken essence and raw soy sauce and stir well.

Step 4
Pour in the oil. Heat the oil and pour in the eggs. Flatten the eggs with a spatula.

Step 5
Fry over low heat until golden and turn over.
