This is a Cantonese dish. The white cut pig’s hand was supposed to remove the bone, bind the whole piece, cook and slice it. If I can’t do it, I didn’t remove the bone!

Ingredients

Half a pig's hand
Moderate amount of Shajiang
Appropriate amount of coriander powder
A small bundle of green onions
5 slices of ginger
Proper amount of oil
Proper amount of steamed fish and soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
Cut half a pig's hand into pieces and wash it clean

Put cold water in the pan and add green onion

Bring to a boil and cook thoroughly

Heat the oil in a hot pan
