It’s a home-made dish with rich nutrition, color, fragrance and so on.
250g chicken breast
50g peanut kernel
Proper amount of vegetable oil
1 green onion
1 small piece of ginger
3 small dry red peppers
2 teaspoons salt
1 tbsp vinegar
1 teaspoon soft sugar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 tbsp cooking wine
2 teaspoons starch
Step 1Wash the chicken and cut it into small pieces. Dice the cucumber, carrot, chili, onion, ginger and garlic. Peel the peanut kernel.
Step 2Add pepper, five spice powder, salt and starch to marinate for about half an hour.
Step 3Heat the oil in the pan and fry the peanuts until discolored. Let cool and set aside（ It's good to blow it up in a small fire. I'm a little burnt when I'm in a big fire.)
Step 4Heat the oil in the pan and stir fry the chicken until white.
Step 5Two small spoons of salt, one spoonful of sugar, one spoonful of vinegar, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, two spoonfuls of starch, mixed into juice
Step 6Heat the oil in the pan, saute the onion, ginger, garlic and dried pepper, stir fry the chicken, carrot, cucumber and peanuts in turn, pour in the sauce and continue to stir fry until the color changes.
