This dish is made in my own way. Although it’s not authentic, it’s delicious and loved by my family!


100g chicken breast
50g peanut kernel
Right amount of scallion
Half root cucumber
1 green pepper
1 egg
30g vegetable oil
1 tsp Bixian bean paste
3 g salt
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons starch
A little chicken essence
Three cloved garlic
2 teaspoons water


Step 1
Dice chicken, cucumber and green pepper (marinate with 1g salt), cut green onion into green onion, cut garlic, wash peanuts, drain and set aside.

Step 2
Mix 1g salt, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, chicken essence, starch and water to make juice.

Step 3
Add 1g salt into the diced chicken, add starch, egg white and 5g oil.

Step 4
Put oil in the pot, pour the washed peanuts into the pot and fry them. Let them cool and set aside.

Step 5
Leave oil in the pan and fry the diced chicken.

Step 6
Pour oil into the pan, heat the oil, add chopped garlic and scallion, saute until fragrant, add Bixian bean paste and stir fry the red oil, then pour in the fried diced chicken and stir fry a few times.

Step 7
Then add the cucumber and green pepper diced stir fry a few times, pour in the sweet and sour sauce, turn a few times, put in the fried peanuts, turn off the fire.
