Korean pig bone soup

Ingredients

1 diced potato (dehydrated)
3 Chinese Cabbage
3 shallots
1g kimchi

Directions

Step 1
Soak pig bones in cold water for an hour and a half [it doesn't matter if you soak more than an hour], so that a lot of blood has been removed.

Step 2
Then put cold water, bleeding water, rinse it with cold water and put it back into the pot.

Step 3
Put cold water in the pot, cover the bones, add scallion and ginger slices, a little wine and a little thirteen spice powder, and boil over high heat.

When the water boils, turn off the medium heat and cook the bones for half an hour. Add 1-2 tablespoons of chili powder, 3-4 tablespoons of chili sauce, 1-2 tablespoons of soybean sauce and a little salt. Stir it and turn it into medium heat.

Cook slowly over medium heat until the meat is not so hard, but it has not left the bone. Taste the taste. If you feel that the taste is insufficient, add chili sauce or a little chili powder to see what kind of taste you need to add. When the taste is ready, add potatoes and spicy cabbage.

When the potatoes are soft but not broken, put in the cabbage. Then cook.

When the potatoes are crisp, the cabbage is about to rot, and the meat is about to fall down, season it for the last time. Out of the pot. Sprinkle with scallion and a little black pepper.
