Korean kimchi cake
All kinds of pancakes are the great love of my children.
Ingredients
110g snowflake powder1 egg
200g kimchi
1 / 4 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp corn oil
Directions
Step 1
Ingredients required (Korean kimchi cut into pieces).
Step 2
Beat the eggs into the container and break them up.
Step 3
Add snow powder.
Step 4
Mix until there is no granular paste, add kimchi and mix well.
Step 5
Add oil in the non stick pot. After burning, put it into the pot with a spoon to form a small cake.
Step 6
Fry slowly over low heat. After one side is fried, fry the other side until both sides are golden.
