1 eggplant
2 tablespoons raw extract
1 tablespoon plum juice
Proper amount of white pepper
1 tablespoon sesame
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 green and red pepper
Proper oil


Step 1
Wash the eggplant and remove the stalks

Step 2
Cut into about 1cm thick slices and soak in light salt water for 10 minutes

Chop up the pepper

Put soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, green plum juice, sesame and crushed pepper into a bowl, and the juice is ready
