Easy to use oven pork kebabs.


1 jin plum blossom meat
1 small cup cooking wine
1 tbsp salt
Appropriate amount of cumin powder
8 wooden strings (about 30 cm long)
1 small cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
Proper pepper powder
Proper amount of chili powder
A teaspoon of sugar


Step 1
Cut the plum blossom meat into long strips of meat with finger width, add cumin powder, mix well, and string them on bamboo sticks. Marinate for 15 minutes.

Step 2
Preheat the upper and lower tubes of the oven at 200 ℃ for 10 minutes, and put the meat kebabs on the grill. Place an empty tray under it and add tin foil paper. After baking for 10 minutes, sprinkle an appropriate amount of cumin powder on both sides and brush with vegetable oil. Bake for another 5 minutes.
