Using microwave oven to make hot eggplant is simple and fast, time-saving, trouble-saving, healthy and nutritious. My son likes hot, sour and refreshing dishes very much.
1 eggplant (purple skin, long)
1 / 2 pepper
1 / 2 tomato
2 cloves garlic
10ml raw extract
2 g salt
1g chicken powder
Proper sesame oil
Step 1Wash the ingredients and set aside.
Step 2Cut peppers and tomatoes into small pieces, dice scallions, and cut sesame oil into sections.
Step 3Bowl juice: mix mashed garlic, raw soy sauce, salt and chicken powder with a little cold boiled water.
Step 4Mix well and add chopped coriander and sesame oil.
Step 5Cut the eggplant into strips along the length, code it on the plate, and add a little water on the plate. Turn it in the microwave oven for about 8 minutes (with microwave barbecue file), and turn it once in the middle.
Step 6Take it out, put the eggplant on a plate and code it on the plate.
Step 7Place the chopped pepper and diced tomato on the eggplant and continue to microwave for 2 minutes.
Step 8Finally, pour a bowl of juice on the vegetables, and then put it into the microwave for one minute (coriander is broken). If you like lettuce, you don't have to go into the microwave.
Step 9Prepared dishes.
