Using microwave oven to make hot eggplant is simple and fast, time-saving, trouble-saving, healthy and nutritious. My son likes hot, sour and refreshing dishes very much.

Ingredients

1 eggplant (purple skin, long)
1 / 2 pepper
1 / 2 tomato
2 parsley
10g scallion
2 cloves garlic
10ml raw extract
10ml vinegar
2 g salt
1g chicken powder
Proper sesame oil

Directions

Step 1
Wash the ingredients and set aside.

Cut peppers and tomatoes into small pieces, dice scallions, and cut sesame oil into sections.

Bowl juice: mix mashed garlic, raw soy sauce, salt and chicken powder with a little cold boiled water.

Mix well and add chopped coriander and sesame oil.
